My daughter and I stopped in the Brantford store location because my daughter lost a screw in her glasses and the lens came out. My daughter can't see at all without her glasses. Sanober who was working there when we went in was very friendly and quickly put a new screw in my daughter's glasses. My daughter and I were so grateful as it is the weekend and my daughter gets headaches without her glasses on so it would have just been a miserable weekend without them fixed up. I was extremely satisfied with my whole experience with Krystal Vision. The ophthalmologist was thorough in his examination and took time to explain my issues. Wonderful young lady was extremely helpful and patient while showing me their assortment of their products. Most importantly I was impressed with the quality and competitive prices.

PRICES AND SERVICE CAN'T BE BEAT. Best optical purchase experience I've had in decades. Same quality as other much more expensive stores. Definitely recommend! UPDATE May 31, 2025. Been close to a year with first lenses from Krystal and they are like day one. No scratches and still very clear. They recently put new lenses in another pair of frames and same great quality, price and quick turnover. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
